We tried to sell our home on our own initially, sending an email to our neighborhood so our neighbors could inform friends and family members who might be interested in our home.
We did get some interest but our home wasn't quite right for any of the parties. After a few weeks we reached out to Wayne Obitz, who helped us with the purchase of our home in 2016. We had been pleased with his services back then and chose to use him again. We were again very pleased, in fact he literally coordinated a first showing while he was still going through the paperwork with us less than an hour after he arrived to take pictures of the home! That person didn't make an offer, but it took only a few days for 3 serious and appealing offers to come in. We ultimately accepted an offer that was significantly higher than our asking price, and as we had hoped, it was a cash buyer. We would highly recommend Wayne Obitz to all.

As administrator of my sister's estate, I had to rehabilitate and sale my childhood home on her passing.
I contacted Dee Dee Snyder to originally give me a market estimate. It was then decided to make all all the necessary improvements and maintenance items needed to bring the home to its maximum potential. There were many items to be done and a large clean-up to be started . Dee Dee was amazing in providing guidance and knowing resources to get the job accomplished. It was a long slow process as I live out of state, but it was finally ready for sale and we had 3 offers the first day and chose one after Best and Final offers were received and the closing was in 30 days without issue.
